One of their flagship offerings is the Advantage Autism program. While not all PWIIs have a formal Autism diagnosis, many fall somewhere on the Autism spectrum. Slamin's services extend to children and adults with physical disabilities as well, but their primary focus is on children on the Autism spectrum who are classified as PWII.


Slamin's team understands the challenges faced by these children, who can easily become overstimulated in noisy or busy environments. To ensure a comfortable and distress-free experience, the team arranges private lessons during off-peak times. 


While Slamin already serves a significant number of children whose parents or carers are in their database, they identified an opportunity to expand their reach. By providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support they needed, we helped them navigate the NDIS system with confidence and ensured that more PWIIs could experience the life-changing benefits of Slamin tennis coaching.


To further amplify the reach and impact of this campaign, The Change Starter was able to strategically target NDIS Plan coordinators/Managers, allied health professionals, and parents/carers, ensuring the message of inclusion and empowerment reached the right audiences.

We launched a multi-channel campaign, targeting both the professional Plan Coordinators/Managers and the dedicated parents/carers who were self-managing their child's NDIS plan. To support this effort, we used our experience as a NDIS marketing agency to strategically design and implement outreach initiatives that catered to these specific groups.


Throughout the campaign, we supported our efforts with targeted social media posts that reinforced our key messages and drove engagement with our target audience, utilising insights that only a NDIS marketing agency would understand to optimise content for maximum reach.


For Plan Coordinators/Managers, our Facebook ad campaign raised awareness about Slamin tennis and its suitability for NDIS plans. We emphasised how tennis could be allocated against several funding categories, making it a versatile and valuable addition to any plan. The ads encouraged Coordinators/Managers to book their clients in for a free trial, allowing them to experience the benefits of Slamin firsthand, all designed with our support to target the right audience.


Parents and carers who were self-managing their child's NDIS plan were also a key focus of our campaign. Recognising the overwhelming nature of finding appropriate activities that met NDIS criteria, as a NDIS marketing agency, we were able to design a landing page on the Slamin website that directly addressed these concerns, detailing how Slamin tennis coaching lessons aligned with NDIS requirements.
