Brancourts is a well-known and much-loved Australian dairy company specialising in high-quality cottage cheese and other dairy products. Brancourts products cater to health-conscious consumers, chefs, and food enthusiasts seeking delicious, nutritious options.
The Challenge
Having worked with The Change Starter (TCS) for at least 2 years, Brancourts sought to further increase their online presence to expand brand awareness and drive engagement beyond social channels. They wanted to reach more consumers and boost traffic to their website by serving recipe and cottage cheese related content to inspire usage and drive more consumers to purchase its products through national retailers Coles and Woolworths.
With website development and content strategy not within the leadership team remit, Brancourts sought to expand their scope of work with TCS, putting their trust in us to plan, build and implement a new website and recipe and blog content. TCS continues to build social engagement and manage the relationship with our much-loved Brancourts Brand Ambassador Chef Tom Walton.
The Solution
The Change Starter collaborated with Brancourts to create a comprehensive and customised website and content strategy to improve brand presence, expand social media reach, and increase website traffic. This strategy included a new website showcasing the full range of Brancourts cottage cheese with links to retailer websites to purchase. A blog was added so that regular content about dairy products can be added and distributed on social media. A dedicated recipe section provides new, exciting recipes that utilise Brancourts cottage cheese, a versatile dairy product.
With TCS managing their marketing budget and handling the strategy and execution, Brancourts' small internal team can focus on their core roles without micromanaging or coordinating separate marketing providers.

Social Media Engagement saw a significant boost, with Instagram achieving a 233% increase in engagement and Facebook reaching a 192% increase, reflecting strong audience interaction.

Instagram followers grew by 40% (from 3,500 to 4,900), while Facebook followers increased by 32% (2,200 to 2,900).

Influencer partnerships on Instagram drove 180,256 engagements, which were part of the 244,333 total engagements across Instagram and Facebook, significantly increasing brand visibility

Website traffic saw a 128% increase, with new users growing from 811 to 1,853. This was driven by the production of 28 content pieces, comprising 11 SEO-optimised blogs and 17 exclusive recipes.
